About PawsDine

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) publishes a list of food premises permitted to admit dogs. The list is a table, so finding the nearest one, or the newest, takes work.

PawsDine puts the same list on a map, makes it searchable by district, type and name, and records which premises join or leave it each day.

The listing itself (name, address, district, licence number) comes entirely from FEHD's published list, which is checked automatically once a day. Additions and removals are recorded on the updates page.

Addresses are located with the government's Address Lookup Service (data.gov.hk ALS). Category, rating and opening hours come from Google Maps, are read only when you open a premises, and are for reference.

PawsDine is independently run. It is not affiliated with FEHD or any government department, and it does not represent any restaurant.

FEHD's published list is authoritative. Before you go, check the day's arrangements with the restaurant, such as seating and how many dogs it takes; the licensing rules are on the conditions page.
