Privacy Policy

There are no logins, forms or comments, so the site never asks for your name, email or phone number.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the URL requested) for operation and troubleshooting.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, such as which pages are read most and which regions visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga), and Google handles that data under its privacy policy.

You can block cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on; the rest of the site works the same.

The basemap comes from OpenFreeMap: your browser downloads map tiles from its servers directly.

When you open a premises, its rating and hours are fetched from Google Maps by our server, so your browser does not contact Google for them. If the premises has a photo, the photo loads from Google's servers directly.

The site remembers a few settings in your browser, such as dark or light mode and whether the map's filter rail is folded. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
